This walk is to promote a healthy lifestyle for mom and her family.
It will take approx. one hour or less to walk around this lake. Afterwards there will be a light healthy picnic.
So bring your walking shoes and a healthy lunch!! I ask that you bring healthy snacks only.
Some Great Exmaples of Healthy Foods Are: Water, Sugar Free Drinks,Wheat Bread, Apple Chips, Banana Chips(found at food
lion),Fruit, Mini Carrots with Low fat dressing dip, graham crackers, etc.
You can also ask someone in the grocery store to point you to the healthy food section.
